Requirements

ABN required — All vendors must have a current Australian Business Number and be registered for GST.
🍽️
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate — At least one person on your team must hold a current FSS cert. You'll need to upload this on your vendor profile.

$10M Public Liability Insurance — Must be current and list "City of Adelaide" as an interested party. Certificate of currency required.

Council food business registration — Your food premises must be registered with your local council. We'll verify this during review.
🚫
No deep frying after 8pm — Per council conditions. Vendors using deep fryers must complete service by 8:00pm or have covered fryers.
